Production process
1. Log selection: Discover the secret to superior plywood with Shandong Runger New Materials Co., Ltd, where excellence begins with the meticulous selection of top-tier logs. Our process involves a discerning eye for the finest woods such as poplar, birch, pine, and eucalyptus. Each type is chosen for its unique qualities-poplar's lightness and ease of processing, birch's robust hardness and striking grain-ensuring they meet stringent production standards.
2. Veneer preparation: Once our premium logs are selected, they are precisely cut into veneers using advanced rotary cutters. This stage demands precision, controlling rotary speed and tool angles to produce uniformly thick and smooth veneers. For specialized plywood needs, we employ a planing method, transforming wood blocks into ultra-thin chips with finesse.
3. Veneer drying: Freshly cut veneers, laden with moisture, undergo a critical drying phase, pivotal for quality assurance. Whether through economical natural drying or time-efficient artificial methods like steam and hot air drying, we ensure moisture is expertly managed to fall within an optimal 8% to 12% range, maximizing production efficiency and veneer quality.
4. Gluing and assembly: Post-drying, veneers receive a meticulous coating of environmentally friendly adhesives, pivotal for unparalleled bonding strength and eco-performance. Our assembly technique follows a strategic fiber orientation rule, enhancing structural stability by aligning adjacent layers perpendicularly-a hallmark of our plywood's enduring quality.
5. Hot pressing Bonding: The assembled slabs undergo a transformative hot pressing process in temperatures from 100ºC to 150ºC and pressures of 3-10MPa. The duration varies, finely tuned to sheet thickness and adhesive characteristics. This process ensures the adhesive's thorough curing, locking each veneer layer into a robust, unified entity.
6. Post-processing: Post hot-pressing, our plywood receives precision edge trimming and meticulous sanding. Edge trimming guarantees dimensional accuracy by removing irregularities, while sanding creates an impeccably smooth surface, ready for any decorative treatment-from veneering to painting-enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Pine Plywood Detailed Uses
Construction Formwork: Pine plywood shines as a premier choice for construction formwork. Its softness belies its resilience, accommodating heavy concrete pressure without deformation, thus ensuring superior concrete molding quality. Its reusability translates into significant cost savings, making it indispensable for high-rise building projects involving walls and floors.
Furniture Manufacturing: In furniture manufacturing, pine plywood provides the backbone for sturdy frames in beds and sofas, lending an air of natural elegance and a distinctive aroma. From minimalist tables to rustic bookshelves, it caters to the consumer's desire for a natural home ambiance with authenticity and style.
Packaging Industry: A powerhouse in the packaging industry, pine plywood is the go-to for crafting robust packing boxes. It secures valuable heavy machinery and large appliances during transit, ensuring they arrive unmarred. Additionally, its strength makes it ideal for pallets used in logistics and warehousing, safeguarding goods with unparalleled reliability.
