Production Process
1. Log Selection: The genesis of superior plywood begins with the careful selection of high-quality logs. These logs, made from premium woods such as poplar, birch, pine, and eucalyptus, form the backbone of our product. Each selection is an art, focusing on the texture, grain, hardness, and optimal moisture content to meet our rigorous standards. Poplar, with its light, soft texture, stands out for ordinary plywood, while birch's hardness and exquisite grain make it the darling of high-end products.
2. Veneer Preparation: Precision is paramount as selected logs are transformed into exquisite veneers. Through a meticulous rotary cutting process, logs are sliced with expertise, where speed and tool angles are finely tuned to achieve a flawless, smooth veneer surface. For specialized plywood, a planing method is employed, ensuring that each veneer meets the ultimate standard of excellence.
3. Veneer Drying: Freshly cut veneers, rich in moisture, undergo a drying metamorphosis. Choosing between the economy of natural drying and the speed of artificial methods like steam or hot air drying, we masterfully control moisture content to a perfect 8%-12%. This not only optimizes production efficiency but also guarantees the finest quality.
4. Gluing and Assembly: Our eco-friendly adhesives bind veneers together, enhancing both strength and sustainability. The adhesive's quality is pivotal, ensuring robust adherence and eco-compliance. As panels are assembled, each fiber's alignment-perpendicular with its neighbor-crafts stability into the very fabric of our plywood.
5. Hot Pressing Bonding: In the heart of our process, slabs meet the heat and pressure of our advanced hot press. Operating between 100ºC - 150ºC and 3-10MPa, the press brings veneers into a cohesive, resilient form. This step, lasting minutes to tens of minutes, ensures an unyielding bond that defines our plywood.
6. Post-Processing: The journey concludes with precision post-processing. Edge trimming and sanding perfect the dimensions and smoothness of our plywood's surface, setting the stage for luxurious finishes like veneering and painting, ready to meet diverse decorative needs.
Mixed-Wood Plywood Detailed Uses
Basic Structure of Ordinary Furniture: Tailored for the structural prowess of everyday furniture, mixed-wood plywood excels as the hidden hero in wardrobe partitions and drawer sides. Striking a balance between strength and cost, it forms the backbone of simple tables and chairs, offering unwavering stability without the high-end price tag.
Temporary Building Materials: In the realm of temporary construction, mixed-wood plywood shines. From dormitories to movable plank houses, its affordability reduces costs while fulfilling every functional requirement. Ideal for the short-lived nature of such structures, it delivers performance and value in equal measure.
General Packaging: Mixed-wood plywood is indispensable in the packaging industry, crafting robust packing boxes for agricultural and industrial goods. Its protective qualities ensure items remain unharmed during transit, all while boasting a cost-effective edge, perfect for large-scale packaging solutions.
