Production process

We meticulously handpick from a diverse range of woods, including poplar, birch, pine, and eucalyptus. Every selection is made with meticulous attention to the wood's texture, grain, hardness, and moisture content, ensuring we meet the highest standards of production. Poplar, known for its light and soft texture, is selected for its superb processing attributes, making it ideal for conventional plywood. Meanwhile, birch is celebrated for its hardness and beautiful grain, positioning it as the wood of choice for our luxurious high-end plywood.
2. Veneer preparation: Crafting the perfect veneer is an art, beginning with the precise cutting of chosen logs into optimal lengths, followed by the expert slicing into veneers using state-of-the-art rotary cutters. This intricate process demands precise control over parameters such as rotary cutting speed and tool angle, ensuring a consistent veneer thickness and a pristine, smooth finish. For specialized plywood needs, we may also apply a planing method to transform wood blocks into finely thin wood chips, emphasizing our commitment to both versatility and perfection in veneer preparation.
3. Veneer drying: Our freshly rotary-cut veneers, rich in moisture, undergo expert drying. We offer two methods: the traditional yet weather-dependent natural drying, and the efficient artificial drying. The latter utilizes techniques such as steam and hot air drying, carefully controlling veneer moisture content to a precise 8% to 12%, thereby significantly enhancing our production efficiency and ensuring our veneers are perfectly conditioned for the next stages.
4. Gluing and assembly: After drying, veneers receive a meticulous coating of eco-friendly adhesives. This uniform application is crucial for achieving optimal bond strength and maintaining an environmentally-friendly profile. Our assembly technique strategically aligns the fiber directions of adjacent layers perpendicularly, reinforcing the plywood's structural integrity and boosting its durability.
5. Hot pressing Bonding: The assembled slabs undergo a transformative hot pressing process in a hot press, at temperatures between 100ºC - 150ºC and pressures from 3-10MPa. The duration, carefully tailored to sheet thickness and adhesive properties, ranges from a few to several minutes. This pivotal stage cures the adhesive, creating a steadfast bond that unites the veneer layers into a cohesive, high-performance board.
6. Post-processing: After hot-pressing, our plywood is subjected to meticulous post-processing, including precision edge trimming and surface sanding. Edge trimming ensures dimensional accuracy, eliminating any unevenness, while expert sanding results in an impeccably smooth and flat surface. This prepares the plywood for exquisite decorative finishes, such as veneering and painting, showcasing our dedication to product quality.
